Shipping policy

Shipping time does not include processing. Processing may take 1-4 days. Please make sure that the correct address is inputted. PayPal users address must match PayPal account.

*Please note that all orders over $100 will include a signature confirmation. This is to protect your package from theft.

United States Domestic Shipping 

We offer 4 shipping options:

  • Economy: $5.00 (7-14 days)
  • Standard: $8.00 (5-7 days)
  • Priority: $16.00 (3 days)
  • Express: $30.00 (1-2 days)

All shipping methods include tracking.

Priority and Express orders must be submitted by 1 PM CST.

Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories: Please add 2-4 days to your shipping.

APO/DPO/FPO may take up to 21 days. Do NOT select express or priority shipping.

Free Shipping

We off free economy shipping for all orders over $69 within the continental United States. Please note that this offer is subject to change at any time.

Orders are processed Monday-Thursday. All orders submitted after 1 PM CST will be processed on next business day. We do not process orders on holidays. All orders placed during a holiday will be processed on next business day.

International Shipping

Please contact us for all international shipping. 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification via email with your tracking information.

Lost or Stolen Packages

At Nicole Deshon, we take pride in providing our customers with exceptional service, including timely shipping of their orders. However, please note that once an order has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Therefore, we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages.

In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or stolen, we recommend that you contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Our primary shipping carrier is the United States Postal Service (USPS), and their customer service team can assist you with tracking and locating your package.

To file a claim with USPS, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the USPS website and navigate to their Claims page.
  2. Select the type of claim you need to file (for example, for a lost or damaged package).
  3. Follow the instructions provided to complete the claim form and provide any necessary documentation.
  4. Once the claim has been submitted, USPS will investigate and notify you of the outcome.

Please note that filing a claim with USPS can take some time, and we appreciate your patience as they work to resolve the issue.
