Nicole Deshon Cosmetics is proud to offer wholesale and private label options with no minimum purchase requirements for most products. Our goal is to provide you with high-quality, customizable cosmetics to help your brand thrive.

Customization Options

• Choose custom scents, colors, or formulations tailored to your brand.
• Customization and order size will determine production time, which typically ranges from 2–4 weeks.
• For soaps and bath bombs, a minimum order of 10 units per item is required.

Packaging Options

1. Per Gallon
   • Products will be shipped in gallon jars (excluding soaps and bath bombs).
   • Ideal for businesses bottling their own products.
2. Pre-Bottled
   • We offer bottling services for an additional fee.
   • You must provide your logo and branding information for labeling.
   • Bottling fees will vary based on bottle size and customization details.

Private Label

• All private label orders are shipped without the Nicole Deshon Cosmetics logo or branding.
• Custom branding must be submitted in the required format and approved prior to production.

Payment Terms

• Full payment is required upfront before production begins.
• This policy ensures efficient order processing, avoids delays, and allows us to secure materials needed for your customization.

Refunds and Cancellations

• All sales are final. No refunds or cancellations are accepted once payment is made.
• We encourage clients to review all customization details carefully before confirming their order.

Shipping

• Shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.
• Tracking information will be provided once orders are shipped.

Lead Time

• Production time varies based on order size and customization but generally requires 2–4 weeks.
