Qualifications to Return or Exchange

At Nicole Deshon Cosmetics, we strive to ensure you're satisfied with your purchase, but due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. If you received an incorrect item or damaged item, please refer the guidelines below.

Damaged or Incorrect Item Shipped

If your order arrives damaged or include an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at beauty@nicoledeshon.com. Claims submitted after this timeframe cannot be accepted. When sending email, please include pictures and your order number.

Please follow the care directions and store your items in proper conditions.

Lost or Stolen Packages

At Nicole Deshon, we take pride in providing our customers with exceptional service, including timely shipping of their orders. However, please note that once an order has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Therefore, we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages.

In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or stolen, we recommend that you contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Our primary shipping carrier is the United States Postal Service (USPS), and their customer service team can assist you with tracking and locating your package.

To file a claim with USPS, please follow the steps below:

Go to the USPS website and navigate to their Claims page.
Select the type of claim you need to file (for example, for a lost or damaged package).
Follow the instructions provided to complete the claim form and provide any necessary documentation.
Once the claim has been submitted, USPS will investigate and notify you of the outcome.

Please note that filing a claim with USPS can take some time, and we appreciate your patience as they work to resolve the issue.
